It was just a fitting option for a quick layover in Sarasota with very good value for money. The swimming pool was lovely, although a bit of a walk from the main building. Be prepared for the lack of an ATM on-site to get quarters for laundry.

Had a great time with my friends! The pool was refreshing after playing golf at Laurel Oak Country Club and exploring the local shops. Breakfast was tasty and feeding the ducks nearby added charm. Clean rooms and nice common areas make it a solid choice.
The air conditioning was way too cold, making it uncomfortable when transitioning between inside and outside. It need a little adjustment for comfort.

Why I’m torn on this
A spacious room and comfortable bed made my stay enjoyable the heated pool was a treat too. The friendly staff were attentive and helpful throughout our visit.
While the location provided easy access to shops and restaurants, it was quite a distance to the beach which may be inconvenient for some guests.

Great location with some quirks
The hotel is super nice and feels cozy. We had a good time with the free breakfast, but it was mostly just continental, and they only gave us 1 token for hot food for 3 people, which was a bit weird. Plus, the quiet policy was enforced a little too much when they called us about some noise from next door.

The pool area offers a refreshing escape, especially after a long day exploring local shops and enjoying the sun. Clean rooms enhance the overall stay, making this place comfortable and inviting for unwinding.
The air conditioning is set way too cold, creating a jarring transition between the chilly indoors and the hot outdoors—we were often freezing. Additionally, the breakfast options have seen a downgrade, lacking the variety and warmth of previous offerings. it felt more like a cold continental setup rather than a hearty meal to start the day.

The Queen Suite was spacious and cleaned daily, ensuring that towels were fresh and beds made. Breakfast offered a solid variety, including pancakes and sausages, but at times, the seating area felt cramped. While the pool area was well-maintained, the sofa wasn't very comfortable, which detracted a bit from relaxation time.
